By accessing or using the 12viptaka platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using 12viptaka.

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between 12viptaka and its members. 12viptaka reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To use 12viptaka's services, users must meet the legal age requirement and ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in their country or region. 12viptaka bears no responsibility for access from prohibited jurisdictions.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with the regulations of the international gaming licensing authority. Any disputes will be settled through an arbitration process.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering at 12viptaka. Creating an account with false details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension.

One Person, One Account

Each person may only register one 12viptaka account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for identity verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

Account Security

12viptaka offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. Claiming a bonus means you accept the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered at least 10 times (Wagering Requirement). For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 BDT earns a ৳1,000 BDT bonus, making a total of ৳2,000 BDT — which must be wagered 10 times, equalling ৳20,000 BDT.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming a bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Separate terms apply for VIP and reload bonuses.

Referral Bonus

Referring a friend to 12viptaka earns you a referral bonus. The bonus activates once the referred person makes a minimum deposit and places a qualifying amount in bets. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

Deposit Rules

Transaction Verification

12viptaka reserves the right to request additional verification if a suspicious transaction is detected. Any transaction linked to money laundering or fraud will be immediately suspended, and the associated account will be frozen.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 12viptaka reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, refunds will be issued in accordance with our betting policy.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the bet will be settled at the odds applicable at the moment of disconnection.
• In the event of a dispute over scores or results, internationally recognized sources will be referenced.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12viptaka platform:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of unfair play.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using another user's account.

Set Self-Limits

Every 12viptaka member can set the following limits on their own account:

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set a daily limit on how much BDT you can deposit.

• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Break: You can take a break at any time, from 24 hours up to 6 months.
